“yesterday we check in 7 rooms ,only one spoil becoz the air condition cant stop with heavy flow , not 5 star”
we call at 5pm the air cond can't switch off , than only 1am in the aircond man with one helper morning come to my room and make noise. air cond cant repair i request new room , i left the room but waiting for my brother, i can t ex-stand, can t check out cant but there give new...DONT WORRY WE TRY HARD TO MAKE 3 STARS!!! When we arrived at the hotel, nobody is there to greet us. The room is not well maintained. Even the door is dirty. Limited choices of food for breakfast & the food is average. TV channel is limited & tv reception is bad. Overall, this hotel doesn't deserved 5 stars title. Not recommended.

Hotel is ideally located and mole shopping is available opposite the hotel. Room is pleasant however Internet and wifi access is disaster. I tried accessing wifi and sought help however has not been forthcoming. No technical help when requested. Hotel room amenities is standard. Would have been better if things like toothbrush etc are provided for 2 person when told...

New hotel which serves as the biggest convention centre in Kuantan. The rooms are aged compared to only a year previously. There is nothing of attraction nearby. The mall which is across is convenient. That's all there is to say. Strictly for business travelers

We stayed here to break up the journey between KL and Mersing and to be honest I wish we had just gone straight through. On arrival the hotel looked promising, a nice lobby area and helpful staff but unfortunately went downhill from there. My first and last stay at The Zenith. We stayed on a Saturday 26th April 2014 and was charged RM377 with breakfast for 2. The only thing I liked was the king-sized bed. Hotel is linked to convention centre next door and opposite is a huge shopping mall. Hotel locally run so service is poor although staff were nice enough....
